Customer satisfaction is important to us at High Tide Herbal. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Product must be returned to receive a refund. Once the product is received a refund or exchange will be issued.
